426g Beef, chuck for stew, separable lean and fat, select, raw
52g Broccoli
21g Butter, unsalted
395g Carrots, raw
18g Garlic
28g Knorr Beef Stock Pot
358g Onion
1g Spices, pepper, black
1g Table salt
100g Tomato products, canned, puree, without salt added
227g Tomatoes, crushed, canned

Sear the meat in a large pan, then put to one side.

Fry up the garlic, onion in the pan, and then add the meat back.

Add the rest of the vegetables, chopped into approx. 1cm cubes. Add a tin of tomatoes and herbs, and stir it all up.

Bake it in the oven at about 160'C for three hours.

Afterwards, stir in a tin of tomato puree and reduce on the hob for a while.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
