Green Thai Chicken Curry

Curry with chicken, Thai style!

171g Peppers, sweet, green, raw
65g Rapeseed oil (canola)
37g Red Pepper
400g Sainsbury's Coconut Milk (canned)
60g Sainsbury's Thai Green Curry Paste
2g Table salt
Chop the veg, fry it up in some oil.
Chop the chicken into small pieces and fry it up with some oil and some of the curry paste.
Mix the chicken in with the veg and add a tin of coconut milk. Now mix it all up, and add the rest of the paste and some salt and pepper.
Simmer for a while and serve with rice!
