Tuna, pasta and vegetable mash-up!

105g Bell pepper "paprika", yellow, raw
29g Carrots, raw
264g Courgette (zucchini)
176g Fish, tuna, light, canned in oil, without salt, drained solids
325g Mushrooms, white
40g Olive Oil
225g Onion
333g Pasta, whole-wheat, dry weight
50g Pesto, shelf stable (glass jar)
32g Rapeseed oil (canola)
1g Spices, basil, dried
2g Spices, oregano, dried
14g Sunflower oil
1g Table salt
Chop up all the veg. Fry the onions and courgette first, then add the rest and slowly cook.
Add a good whack of herbs and some salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta separately, then add to the veg after cooking. Stir in some pesto and add a big can of tuna in oil.
Mix it all up and serve!
