Spaghetti bolognese with an English twist.

500g Beef, ground, 90% lean meat / 10% fat, raw
130g Bell pepper "paprika", yellow, raw
143g Carrots, raw
239g Courgette (zucchini)
5g Garlic
208g Onion
54g Rapeseed oil (canola)
2g Spices, basil, dried
5g Spices, garlic powder
1g Spices, marjoram, dried
2g Spices, oregano, dried
3g Spices, paprika
2g Spices, thyme, dried
1g Table salt
142g Tomato products, canned, puree, without salt added
400g Tomatoes, crushed, canned

Chop up the veg, stick it in a pan and sortee with a bit of oil.

Fry the mince in a pan with oil, and add to the veg.

Add a tin of tomatoes, plenty of spices and herbs, and mix it all together. Add some water and tomato purée, and simmer.

Serve with spaghetti.
