215g Beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, canned, solids and liquids
350g Courgette (zucchini)
9g Garlic
220g Onion
84g Peppers, sweet, green, raw
46g Rapeseed oil (canola)
65g Red Pepper
3g Spices, basil, dried
1g Spices, pepper, black
1g Table salt
80g Tomato products, canned, puree, without salt added
400g Tomatoes, crushed, canned

Chop and fry the veg. Add a tomato of tomatoes and some herbs. Cook gently and serve with pasta.
